Information on the processing of personal data

In order to ensure the transparency of the processing of personal data and to comply with legislative obligations, we inform you about the processing of your personal data. Therefore, we have prepared this document, which provides you with all the necessary information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

Who is the administrator of your personal data?

What personal data do we process about you and why?

As part of our activities, we may process personal data obtained from you or from public sources. If you cooperate with us as an IT professional whose services we provide to our clients, we may process your name, address, date of birth, e-mail, telephone, account number, VAT number and tax identification number, data on your work experience, courses attended and other professional information, information on time availability, information on financial requirements and valuation, information on education and all this in order to properly perform the contract concluded with you and to offer you an activity that suits your qualities, knowledge, experience and focus.

If you are our clients, we may process your or your employees' name and surname, including their job title, address, date of birth, email, telephone, account number, registration number and VAT number, IP addresses and records of communications within the scope of the services we provide, all so that we can properly perform our contract with you and also to keep you informed of new developments within our business, which is our legitimate interest. Of course, you can refuse to receive the newsletter at any time via the link in the email you receive.

If you have responded to one of our internal job postings, we may process your name, surname, address, date of birth, email, telephone, other professional information, information about time availability, information about financial requirements, education data, all so that we can evaluate whether we can offer you employment with our company.

If we wish to pass your data on to our partners or inform you about news that is not directly related to our products, we will always ask for your consent for this purpose.

Who do we pass your data to?

We do not transfer your data to any third country or international organisation.

How long do we keep your data?

We will retain your data for the duration of the purpose of their processing, i.e. for the duration of the contract and for the period required by the relevant legislation (in particular the Accounting Act, the VAT Act) or our legitimate interest in protecting our rights in the event of claims or potential disputes, i.e. for the duration of the relevant limitation periods. Security of your personal data

The security of your personal data is of the utmost importance to us. It is fundamental that all our employees are bound by confidentiality and are regularly trained on information and personal data security. Of course, we strictly control access permissions, both on the level of physical and logical security. We also conduct regular security risk analysis within our company, based on which we propose and take the necessary corrective measures.

In order to ensure the smooth functioning of our website, we use cookies on our website. For system administration purposes, we may collect information about your computer, including, where applicable, information about your IP address, operating system and browser type, provided that all such information is anonymised and is solely statistical data about how you browse our website. Based on this information, we try to set up the website in a way that is clear and user-friendly for you. We do not identify individuals. You can set cookies and their use within your browser.

What are your rights?

You have the following rights under the Regulation:
- if any of the processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the following address;
- the right to access your personal data in order to find out what personal data we are processing;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- the right to erasure of personal data where this is reasonable and possible;
- the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in the cases provided for by the Regulation;
- the right to data portability where the legal basis for processing is the need to comply with a contractual relationship and the data is processed by automated means, you have;
- the right to object where the lawful basis for processing is our legitimate interest. In this case, we will cease processing your data for that purpose unless we have a legitimate interest in the processing or for the establishment, exercise or defence of our legitimate claims.
- If you believe that his or her personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
